DIS-MOI, IN SWEDEN. A SOLO FOR PONTUS PETTERSSON.

Project Dis-Moi started with its first resideny in Ricklundgården, Saxnäs in the north of Sweden in August/September 2012. During our stay in Saxnäs we had long conversations with four men and two women from Saxnäs and the nearby Marsfjäll. A process for the solo was built on our conversations in collabaration with the visiting persons.

Both Pontus and I were amazed by the generosity with was shown to us an our project! We had a great and intense time at Ricklundgården  and we are very grateful for the help, input and support we met.

In connection with the residency, we made a short tour to Vilhelmina, Skellefteå and Umeå, sharing the process of the solo with the audience. We want to thank Dance in  Västerbotten and Norrlandsoperan for their support.
