GOD IN THE MACHINE is a cross-disciplinary art project initiated by Swedish artists Erik Rosshagen and Niklas Wallenborg.  The project wants to capture the ecstatic experience outside of its religious and cultural boundaries by searching for a point or moment, which can be, described aesthetically.

E.K.K.O have been invited to explore the physical side of the project by working with physical material of ectasy based footage of people entering a trance state in different religious and cultural contexts.

The first step was two workshops, set in Copenhagen and Stockholm. Dancers are Pontus Pettersson and Andrea Deres.
